Mother's Day Project- Part 3
Hand Flower for Mom
Materials:
pencil
scissors
construction paper (they choose the color)
brad
hole punch
*dye cut leaves
Procedure:
1. Students will pick a color of construction paper.
2. Trace your hands (4 times).
3. Cut out the hands.
4. Stack the hands one on top of the other.
5. Punch a hole near the palm/wrist area.
6. Put a brad in the hole.
7. Fan out the hands.
8. Optional
*add dye cut leaves on the bottom hand.
9. Slide the hands back on top of each other and slide them into the pocket of the “Mother's
Day Book”.
